Founded in 1998, Eccentric Elements began because we truly love web design. We code it during the day. We argue its finer points at night. Our staff loves the act of creation -- if we're not creating, we're just not happy. (Please feel free to make us happy!)

Roe Bianculli -- President
Roe has experience in every facet of web development, from ground-level creation of a site to marketing the finished product -- and all the steps in between! Her favorite part of web design is designing the "look" of the site: choosing colors, graphics, and fonts to give the most effective impression to visitors. She is currently working on "EccentricArt," an experimental piece combining images, text, and emotion.
